Two large population studies of 24 million people in total suggest Covid vaccines increase cancer risk and the more Covid vaccines you have, the more risk.
A Korean study, (1) which took data on 8,407,849 individuals between 2021 and 2023 from the Korean National Health Insurance database, showed that across a one year period from vaccination date, the overall increased risk of cancer was 27 per cent over previous years, with individual cancers at varying increased risks.
In just one year, the increased risk in the vaccinated over non-vaccinated was:
-
Overall cancer: 27% higher risk
-
Breast cancer: 20% higher risk
-
Colorectal cancer: 28% higher risk
-
Gastric cancer: 34% higher risk
-
Thyroid cancer: 35% higher risk
-
Lung cancer: 53% higher risk
-
Prostate cancer: 68% higher risk
An accompanying letter on the results stated that “this COVID-19 vaccination-associated cancer risk was likely more elevated among individuals aged 65 years and under, except in individuals with prostate cancer”.
We have previously covered research from Yale Medicine that since Covid there had been a significant increase in younger people developing cancer. Dr. Harvey Risch first reported in September 2023 that Clinicians at Yale Medical School were seeing some new cancer situations in adults as young as 25, with no family history of developing colorectal cancer, suddenly developing highly aggressive forms of the disease. So aggressive that between diagnosis and first treatment, the cancers have grown dramatically. Colorectal, breast and GI tract cancers led the way.
This is not the ‘early onset’ cancer of 40-50 year-olds but fit twenty-somethings and thirty-somethings. And these cancers did not respond to the usual treatments.
In September 2025, analysis of one such patient (2) showed that genetic material from a Covid-19 vaccine had uploaded into her DNA. Just one may be enough to disprove what officialdom has been telling us - that the vaccine mRNA could not possibly upload into our DNA. Bladder cancer is rare in young women, especially stage 4 cancers. However, a previously healthy 31-year-old female developed rapidly progressive stage 4 bladder cancer within 12 months of completing a three-dose Moderna mRNA vaccination series in the USA.
Back to Harvey Risch of Yale who said of their own study, “These ‘turbo cancers’ do not conform to the normal behaviour of cancers, not only are they more aggressive, but there seem to be more genetic issues in these cancers”.
But we knew before the vaccines were launched that mRNA can upload into your DNA; Thomas Jefferson University researchers told us that polymerase theta could upload foreign genetic material into our DNA. I warned all the CANCERactive readers from the moment to mRNA vaccines were announced..
The Korean research showed that Pfizer and Moderna vaccines increased cancer risk by 20%, and non-mRNA vaccines by a staggering 47%. If you did the recommended protocol when Covid was around (mixing the two sorts of vaccines - two AZ shots then an mRNA booster), this increased your cancer risk by 34%.
Of course, other claims have been made against the Covid vaccines such as they are dirty and contain rogue DNA. And that lipid nanoparticles, known to be used in the vaccines, could help the incorporation of their genetic material into yours.
Both Professor Angus Dalgleish and I have noted the increased number of younger people developing cancer following the vaccines. Another who has gone public about increased cancer cases following Covid vaccination is American Oncology expert Dr Patrick Soon-Shiong on the Tucker Carlson show.
Cancer risk progresses with time and number of doses
A study of 18 million people in Japan (3), supported claims from the Korean research that cancer risk increases in a straight line upwards from the moment you are vaccinated. You may not have cancer yet, but.
The data in the Japanese study was released in June 2025 as part of a roundtable discussion, streamed online and led by Yasufumi Murakami, Ph.D., vice director of the Research Center for RNA Science at the Tokyo University of Science.
But there was another claim: “The more doses you get, the sooner you are likely to die, within a shorter period,” Murakami said during the roundtable. Professor Dalgleish thinks this is undoubtedly true. Dalgleish also thinks that the more vaccines you have, the more you lower your immune system. And he wrote a article stating that people with cancer were more likely to relapse after they take a booster.
This week the FDA in the USA announced a major investigation into the potential increased risk of cancer from the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines.
I should point out that, as you would expect, there are people saying the two big studies from Korea and Japan are flawed.
Meanwhile, doctors and oncologists in the UK carry on offering cancer patients a Covid-19 shot.
